Sandro aus Altdorf, Uri und Charlene aus Benoni, Südafrika haben sich vor mehr als 30 Jahren in Grindelwald kennengelernt. Nach 24 Jahren in Südafrika starteten sie am 4. Juni 2020 ihr Traumprojekt «Kulinarik Tell».

Durch ihre verschmolzenen Kulturen und ihrer Liebe zur Kulinarik verwöhnen sie ihre Gäste mit einer vielseitigen, interessanten Küche und bringen Menschen in einer heimeligen, warmen Atmosphäre zusammen.

About us

 

Sandro & Charlene Stadler met in Switzerland more than 30 years ago. Charlene was born and raised in South-Africa and kidnaped Sandro and their 2 boys to there.

Over the years their culture and culinary love and skills merged and became the interesting cuisine it is today.

On the 4th of June 2020 they took on their dream project “Tell”.

Here they showcase their love for food and bringing people together in a homely warm atmosphere.
